You watch the hours as they happen
Work is logged the day it is done — what was done, when, and against which request. The invoice at the end only totals what you have already watched.
A development partner is on hand before you need one — an answer in hours, and every hour logged the day it is worked. From €99 a month.
“Enquiries land in four different places and somebody sorts them by hand. Could one system take them all, answer the easy ones and route the rest?”
This one is Custom Software.
What we buildBecause you are not buying hours. You are buying a partner who is already in place, an answer time you can plan around, and a month whose cost you know before it starts.
The partner is arranged before the need, so a problem does not start with a search. No shortlist, no vetting, no explaining your setup to somebody new — you send a sentence and work begins.
Every subscription includes development hours — one, three or ten a month, and they roll over once. Inside that allowance there is nothing to scope, nothing to approve and nothing to sign: you ask, and it is done.
Twenty-four hours on Business, eight on Enterprise, four on Partner — from a person who has read it. It is a commitment rather than a target, and it holds for a two-minute question as much as a two-week build.
Every subscription includes managed Search & AI Visibility, so Google and the AI assistants can keep finding and recommending you. It runs every month whether or not you file a single request — and it is the half of a subscription that an hourly arrangement cannot sell you.
The monthly figure is published, and so is the rate for hours beyond your allowance. There is no rush fee — the response time you pay for is the commitment. Evenings, weekends and public holidays are the one exception, at a published rate agreed in writing first.
You get your own portal on day one — the same ledger we work from, not a report written for you. Every request, every hour and every invoice sit in it, and you can look whenever you like.
Work is logged the day it is done — what was done, when, and against which request. The invoice at the end only totals what you have already watched.
Requests go into the portal, not into an inbox, and you can see them move from filed to finished without asking anyone how it is going.
Build and hosting obligations are ours to carry. On the EU AI Act we watch for what applies to you and tell you when a duty lands — deployer duties land first — and acting on it is advisory work, quoted before anything starts.
A short paragraph is enough. The platform turns it into a clear request — title, summary, open questions — and puts it in our queue.
From a person who has read it. If something is unclear we ask; if it is out of scope we say so. No pitch, no sales sequence.
Your plan, your included hours, your requests and your invoices in one place, in your own currency. Nothing to install.
Hours appear as they are worked. Invoices are drawn from the ledger you have been watching. The monthly note or call is already in the calendar, and nothing needs chasing.
We do not do everything, and the list is closed — if a request does not sit inside one of these five, the honest answer is that it is not a fit.
Assistants, automation, data and optimisation — written against a number that moves: revenue, customer engagement, hours saved.
Automation & practical AIWebsites, web apps and multi-tenant SaaS — built around how the business actually runs, described by what they replace or remove.
Custom softwareSEO, GEO and AEO — managed, inside every subscription, so both Google and the AI answer engines can find and recommend you.
Search & AI visibilityStrategy, audits, advisory — and EU AI Act readiness. A separate line at €175 an hour, never drawing on a tier's allowance.
Explore consultancyThe retainer itself is a service, not a payment method — a named response time, logged hours, a portal that belongs to you, and someone reachable inside it.
The four tiersFour tiers, in euro, excluding VAT. Included hours roll over once. A response time is when a person gets back to you with an estimate — not when the work is finished.
